What products and services do you offer?
Preoccupied Bride offers three tiers of digital wedding services: The Classic, The Signature and The Platinum.
The Classic includes our most popular digital product, The Wedding Question Guide, a digital wedding planning guidebook with over 300 questions engaged couples must ask wedding venues and vendors before booking them outside of the most popular question, “How much do you charge?”
The Signature includes The Wedding Question Guide plus The Starter Kit, a collection of digital products to help engaged couples plan their wedding day. The collection includes The Wedding Budget Guide, The Wedding Planning Checklist, The Wedding Registry Guide, The Wedding Day Timeline and The Wedding Thank You Card Samples.
The Platinum includes The Wedding Question Guide and The Wedding Starter Kit plus The Wedding Concierge, a comprehensive digital consultation call with Maya Devassy Tarach, the owner of Preoccupied Bride and a seasoned wedding planner, to answer each engaged couple’s questions related to their wedding.
What payment options do you accept?
Preoccupied Bride accepts payments via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover), Google Pay and PayPal.
When will I receive my digital product?
Immediately after purchase! Please check your email for further instructions.
How do I access my digital product?
Please check your email to access and download your digital purchase. You will receive an email from Payhip, our e-commerce platform. You will need to sign into your Payhip account (sign up is free) to access your digital purchase. From there, you can download your item(s) and start wedding planning!
Can I download my digital product on multiple devices?
Yes, you can download your digital purchase on multiple devices. Please note there is a download limit of 3 times total per product.
What format will my digital product be?
All digital products are PDF files.
What if I can’t access my digital product?

What is your refund policy?
