It was a warm and sunny day in September—a perfect day to have a fall wedding in Chicago. The day marked a new beginning for Emma and Ryan. The couple had their first look at the beautiful Clark Street Bridge overlooking the Chicago River. After taking pictures with their wedding crew, Emma and Ryan headed to The Joinery to get married. Surrounded by loved ones, Emma and Ryan were married by their good friend, Dom, who conducted a beautiful ceremony that had the room filled with laughter and happy tears. The couple’s cocktail hour took place outside at The Joinery’s private patio, and the cocktail reception had happy guests eating and dancing until the very end of the night. One of our favorite highlights was their bitmoji wedding signage and guest favors, which included chips and homemade salsa by the couple!
Emma and Ryan were a wedding planner’s dream couple to work with. They were sweet, extremely organized and laidback—they put their trust in me to take care of their wedding details and truly enjoyed their wedding day. I’m honored to have been a part of one of the most special days in Emma and Ryan’s lives. I wish them both all the love and happiness in the world!
