It was an overcast and chilly 55-degree Friday the 13th in October (appropriate weather for the day I might add!), and the day marked a new beginning for Porscha and Jeremy.

Porscha got ready onsite at their venue, Room 1520, while Jeremy got ready at their apartment in Lincoln Park. The couple did their first look and wedding party photos throughout the venue’s beautiful space, then had their ceremony in the main loft space, cocktail hour at the stunning bar and lounge area next to the loft space during a room flip, and their reception back in the main area. Some of my favorite highlights were when Porscha did Jeremy’s hair after their first look and before the ceremony, and them hiring a magician for their cocktail hour (the same magician they went to see the night Jeremy proposed to Porscha!). 

Porscha and Jeremy were amazing to work with. From choosing their wedding venue together to implementing the day of details, they were incredibly sweet, kind and trusting in my advice throughout the entire wedding planning process. Porscha and Jeremy were able to truly enjoy their day while I took care of the details, and I’m honored to have been a part of one of the most special days in their lives. I wish them both all the love and happiness in the world!
