It was a sunny 70-degree Friday in September, and the day marked and a new beginning for Rachel and Meng.

The couple got ready at the Swissotel in downtown Chicago and had their first look and wedding party photos at Lakeshore East Park nearby the hotel. The couple headed back to Swissotel for their beautiful ceremony, got ready at Hilton Suites in Oakbrook before heading over next door to Drury Lane for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, which all took place on 42^nd floor and included sweeping view of the Windy City. A couple of my favorite highlights included their welcome mirror sign (calligraphy done by the groom himself!) and their menu cards, which included the Chicago skyline. 

Rachel and Meng were amazing to work with. They were incredibly sweet, personable and trusting in my advice throughout the entire wedding planning process. They were able to truly enjoy their day while I took care of things. I’m honored to have been a part of one of the most special days in their lives, and I wish them both all the love and happiness in the world!
