Located in Evanston, Illinois, the Halim Time & Glass Museum showcases hundreds of antique clocks and beautiful 19th century stained glass windows. In addition to the vintage objects and stunning art, the museum is also an elegant hidden gem venue to host weddings and events. The museum has five unique and romantic spaces—the Wisteria Room, Garden Room, Treasures of Tiffany Gallery, Museum Café Gallery and Rooftop Garden—to host your wedding or special event.
The Wisteria Room is the largest space crowned with a masterpiece stained glass dome, which depicts a blooming wisteria vine suspended in an arbor. The room also includes Tiffany landscape windows and three rare Tiffany portrait windows. The Wisteria Room is equipped with a full-service bar, dance floor and kitchen and is located on the 4th floor of the museum.
The Garden Room is an elegant space filled with beautiful Tiffany masterpiece windows. The room can accommodate 40 guests and is perfect for special events like rehearsal dinners, day after brunches, wedding or baby showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties and intimate weddings.
Treasures of Tiffany Gallery houses masterpieces by Louis Comfort Tiffany, one of America’s most talented craftsmen and artists, and is another great space for intimate events.
Museum Café Gallery is a beautiful and unique space for wedding receptions or other special occasions. The space is adorned with artwork and is perfect for smaller groups.
The Rooftop Garden is over 2,000 square feet with views of downtown Chicago, Lake Michigan and the surrounding area. Lined with florals and plants and beautifully lit at night, the garden is a gorgeous spot to host your wedding.
The Halim Time & Glass Museum is a culmination of 30 years of collecting by real estate developer Cameel Halim and his wife. The museum is truly one of the most unique places in the Chicago area to host a wedding or event.
